Prefeel (“Prefeel”, “we”, “us”) is a visualization app that creates simulated, fictional moments — pretend notifications, messages and calls — to help you rehearse a future you’re working toward. This policy explains what we collect, how it is used, and your choices. We designed Prefeel to keep as much of your data on your own device as possible.
We do not collect contacts, location, or advertising identifiers, and Prefeel contains no third-party ad or analytics tracking SDKs.
Your moments, diary, settings and uploaded photos are stored in your browser/app storage on your device. Clearing the app’s data (or deleting the app) removes them. The only items that touch our server are: the text we send to generate a moment, a scheduled notification, an optional email you request, and transient voice clips for calls.
To generate and deliver moments we share the minimum necessary with:

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. Some are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there.
Only to provide the app: generate the moment you asked for, deliver it at the chosen time, run a voice call if you start one, and keep the service working and secure. We do not use your content to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell personal data.
On-device data stays until you delete it. A scheduled notification is kept on our server only until it is delivered (or expires), then removed. Email and voice data are transient. Standard logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting.
You can delete most of your data yourself by clearing the app’s storage. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EEA, UK, California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at the address below.
Prefeel is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We use industry-standard measures (encryption in transit, restricted access) to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice.
