These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Prefeel (“Prefeel”, “we”, “us”). By using Prefeel you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
Prefeel helps you imagine and emotionally rehearse a future moment (for example, news that a goal came true) by simulating how that moment might arrive. It is a creativity and motivation tool.
Prefeel does not provide advice. Nothing in Prefeel is financial, investment, legal, medical, or psychological/therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Visualization is not a guarantee that any outcome will happen. You are responsible for your own decisions.
Prefeel uses AI to generate text, images and voice. AI output can be inaccurate, unexpected or fictional, and may not reflect real facts. Do not rely on it as factual, professional or real-world information. Any images are illustrative and do not depict real, specific people.
People shown in Prefeel (a partner, a recruiter, a figure in a closure conversation) are imagined or composite characters — never a claim to be a specific real living person. You agree that you will not:
You must be at least 16 years old to use Prefeel. By using it you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to operate the app for you (e.g. to generate and deliver your moment). See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Prefeel offers a free tier and optional paid plans (Plus and Premium), including AI-metered features such as voice calls. Paid subscriptions are billed through your app store account, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be managed or cancelled in your app store settings. Refunds are handled according to the policies of the store you purchased through (e.g. the App Store). Prices and features may change with notice.
Prefeel, including its design, code, and original assets, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or branding.
Any brands, company names, logos, product names or interface elements that appear or are visually suggested inside a simulation are used only to help your imagined moment feel real. Prefeel is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by any company, brand, platform, service or person that may be referenced or visually suggested in a simulation. All trademarks, logos, names and brand elements remain the property of their respective owners, and are shown for fictional, illustrative purposes only — they do not represent real transactions, real services, real offers, or real communication from those third parties.
If you are a rights holder and would like us to review or remove content related to your brand, please contact us at support@prefeel.xyz and we will respond promptly.
Prefeel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and that content will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on simulated or AI-generated content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may stop using Prefeel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached or to protect the service or its users.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place where the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence still apply.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
